How long until my order arrives?

Two stages: 2–7 business days to print your shirt, then usually 3–5 business days in transit. Most orders land within one to two weeks.

Why does it take longer than other shops?

Because we don't hold stock. Your shirt doesn't exist until you order it. It's slower than a warehouse, and it means nothing gets made that nobody wants.

What are the shirts made of?

100% ring-spun cotton, garment-dyed. Relaxed fit, soft from the first wear, and they hold that softness rather than going stiff.

How should I wash them?

Cold wash, inside out, tumble dry low. Skip the bleach and don't iron the print directly. Garment-dyed cotton can relax slightly with washing — that's the fabric behaving normally.

Will the colour match the photo exactly?

Close, but not always exact. Screens differ, and garment dyeing varies naturally between batches. Part of the appeal, though worth knowing before you order.

Can I track my order?

Yes — you'll get a tracking number by email once it ships.

Can I change or cancel after ordering?

Email support@darkride-designs.com straight away. Orders go into production quickly, and once printing starts we usually can't change them.

My shirt arrived damaged or misprinted.

Email support@darkride-designs.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll replace it or refund you, and you won't need to post it back.

Can I return it if it doesn't fit?

No — because each shirt is made for your order specifically, we can't accept returns for sizing or change of mind. If you're unsure about sizing, email us before you order and we'll help you pick.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at the moment — United States only.
