These terms apply when you buy from DarkRide Designs at darkride-designs.whop.site. By placing an order you're agreeing to them.

Who we are

DarkRide Designs is a small independent apparel shop operating in the United States. Reach us at support@darkride-designs.com.

Made to order

Every item is produced after you order it, by our print partner. Because nothing is pre-made, orders enter production quickly and generally can't be changed or cancelled once submitted. If you need to correct something, email us immediately and we'll help if production hasn't started.

Orders and payment

Payment is processed by Whop, our checkout and payments provider. We don't see or store your full card details. Prices are in US dollars. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout.

Accuracy

We work to describe colours and print placement accurately, but screens vary and garment dyeing produces natural variation between batches. Small differences between the mockup and the shirt you receive are normal and aren't defects. Print placement may vary by up to half an inch, which is standard for direct-to-garment printing.

Availability

We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item becomes unavailable from our print partner, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel, you get a full refund.

Our designs

The artwork, wordmarks and designs on our products belong to DarkRide Designs. Buying a shirt doesn't give you the right to reproduce the design commercially.

Limits

We're responsible for getting you the product you paid for, in good condition. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here when you place your order.
