Privacy Policy

This explains what we collect when you buy from DarkRide Designs, and who it goes to. Short version: we collect what's needed to make and deliver your order, and nothing else. We don't sell your data.

What we collect

• Order and delivery details — your name, shipping address, email address, and what you ordered.
• Payment information — handled entirely by Whop, our payments provider. We never see or store your full card number.
• Basic site usage — standard technical information such as pages visited, collected by our hosting provider to keep the site running.

Who we share it with

We use two service providers, and each gets only what it needs:

• Whop processes your payment, hosts our storefront, and handles checkout. Their privacy policy covers how they handle payment data.
• Printify is our print partner. To produce and post your order, they receive your name, shipping address, email address, and the item ordered. Your email address is passed so they can send you shipping and tracking notifications.

We don't sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone. We'll disclose information only if legally required.

How long we keep it

Order records are retained as long as needed to handle support, returns and tax obligations — generally several years, as required by US record-keeping rules.

Your choices

Email support@darkride-designs.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to request deletion. We'll respond within 30 days. Deletion requests may be limited by records we're legally required to keep.

Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act. Contact us and we'll honour any right that applies to you.

Cookies

Our storefront uses cookies necessary to keep your cart and checkout working. Blocking them may prevent you from completing an order.
